The DRAM Innovations team was one of three selected out of hundreds of energy innovators across Canada to compete on the special “Future Now” Energy episode of Dragons Den airing on June 3rd, 2012. Shell Canada and Dragons Den collaborate to award $100 000 to the best innovation.
DRAM Innovations saw this episode as an opportunity to raise awareness to the ongoing, global problem of unnecessary fuel loss at the gas pumps. Through the show DRAM Innovations will demonstrate to Canada that every drop adds up and has a tremendous negative impact on our health, the environment and economy, especially in the current fuel crises consumers’ face. The Fuel Nozzle Drip Retainer engineered by DRAM Innovations has the potential to save millions of litres of fuel every year and will have a positive impact on a global scale.
